The laboratory is irrevocably authorised by the client to deliver the report to a third party, if it has been instructed to do so by the client or if this follows implicitly from the circumstances, practical practices or regulations.
In accordance with Article L201-7 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code, the laboratory shall immediately communicate to the regional food service any analysis result leading to the suspicion or finding of a first category health hazard.
The information collected by SAS BIOVA directly from you is processed for the purpose of providing analysis reports.
